If you have a computer that you need repaired or upgraded, all you need to do is bring your computer base unit to us, and not only will we diagnose and quote the repair or upgrade for free, we also offer a no fix, no fee guarantee – if we can’t fix your PC you won’t pay a penny.
We can fix a wide variety of computer problems including removing virus, upgrading hardware and recovering your data if your hard drive crashes.
In addition to our free diagnosis and no fix no fee policy, we also offer, a pricing policy of £30 fixed price for labour, plus cost of any parts. If parts are required to fix your PC, we’ll let you know the cost and get your approval to prior to carrying out the repair, and if you’d prefer not to carry on with the repair, you will be able to pick up your computer.
