  • What is your repair process/procedure?

    The customer comes to my house and books their laptop or computer for repair I will takes the your details, problem outline and takes a detailed inventory of all parts left.

  • If we can’t repair your laptop i.e. ‘we can’t find the fault’ then you will have nothing to pay. However, this is ‘very’ rare as in most cases the reason the laptop repair is not successful is down to the actual cost of the repair, i.e. a replacement motherboard is required and the cost of the replacement motherboard is greater than what the client wishes to spend to get the laptop working again. We always try to carry out laptop repairs without the need for replacement parts where able. But this not always possible or cost-effective.

  • Depending upon the nature of the repair, they can take anywhere from 1 up to 7 working days. Generally, if parts need to be ordered for a repair it can take approximately 3-5 working days for the parts to arrive and be fitted.

  • We do not allow customers to wait while a repair is being carried out, this is due to health and safety and more importantly, repairs can take a few hours to complete also working on other repairs during this period.
